On this tour along the North Coast of the island of Flores we travel back in time, to an immaculate past, where nature reigned, and human presence was scarce and dispersed. Departing from Santa Cruz das Flores, we head north along the protected coast that due to thousands of years of slow erosion presents us with unique and singular rock formations such as caves, coves and waterfalls, in the path to the westernmost point of Europe, the Islet of Monchique.
